Your agents will email their complete deal paperwork into the company deals email that you have set up as they are doing currently/. From there our staff will log into your deals email and respond to any questions and get the deal paperwork entered into lonewolf. We verify all signatures and initials are accounted for, we upload the paperwork to your google drive or alternative programs currently used as well as uploading into Lonewolf . This ensures that your files are accessible

How are agent trade record sheets handled?

When the deal is firm we then prepare the agent trade record sheet and send to the agent and broker of record for review and signature thru authentisign for all parties to sign, when the document has been signed we will then upload the document to Lonewolf .

How are the Commissions paid?

Accepted Answer

We will contact lawyers and brokerages on the closing date and request a closing confirmation letter or copy of the EFT notice that the funds have been paid and deposited into your commission trust account. When we have all the commission funds and all paperwork including a signed trade record sheet then we can finalize the deal and pay out the commission
